3. Photographic Notice

• In order to access the Services, you must first register for an account through the Website (Account ).
• As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:

Before and after images do not ensure that your outcomes will be identical or even comparable. Each patient's results are unique. The additional pictures on this website are copyrighted commercial stock images, not depicting actual patients. These images may have undergone enhancements and corrections and are not representative of real patient results.

4. Materials

• As a Member, you agree to comply with the following:

• you will use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by:

  (B) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions;
• you have the sole responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of your password and/or email address. Use of your password by any other person may result in the immediate cancellation of the Services;
• any use of your registration information by any other person, or third parties, is strictly prohibited. You agree to immediately notify Aurez Aesthetics of any unauthorised use of your password or email address or any breach of security of which you have become aware;
• access and use of the Website is limited, non-transferable and allows for the sole use of the Website by you for the purposes of Aurez Aesthetics providing the Services;
• you will not use the Services or the Website in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the management of Aurez Aesthetics ;
• you will not use the Services or Website for any illegal and/or unauthorised use which includes collecting email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website;
• you agree that commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the Website without notice and may result in termination of the Services. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Aurez Aesthetics for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website; and
• you acknowledge and agree that any automated use of the Website or its Services is prohibited.

Aurez Aesthetics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any materials on its website. Changes to the website's materials may be made at any time without prior notice. 7. Reschedule and Cancellation

Your appointments and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We understand that unforeseen delays may arise, necessitating rescheduling. To accommodate this, we kindly request a minimum of 48-hours’ notice for any appointment adjustments.

Our policy mandates a 48-hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice will incur a cancellation fee, equivalent to the deposit held or 50% of the service offering, whichever is greater.

A deposit is required for all treatments, and any disparity between the cancellation fee and the held deposit will prompt a team member to contact you for payment.

In case of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, illness, or injury, a portion or the entirety of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services, contingent upon the submission of sufficient proof, such as an emergency or medical certificate. Deposits allocated to treatments are non-refundable, adhering to the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
For pre-paid treatments, the entire cost of the service will be forfeited for a single treatment, deducted from the pre-purchased treatment plan.

8. Non-Attendance Policy

A "no-show" is defined as a client missing an appointment without prior cancellation. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to withhold your deposit. If you fail to attend two scheduled appointments without providing adequate cancellation notice, we mandate full payment for all future treatments at the time of booking.
For pre-paid treatments, the complete cost of the service will be forfeited for a single treatment, deducted from the pre-purchased treatment plan.

9. Tardiness

Arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time is considered a late arrival. If you exceed this 10-minute window, your session may need to be rescheduled if the treatment cannot be completed within the remaining timeframe. Failure to contact us within the first 10 minutes after your appointment's starting time will be deemed a "no-show," resulting in the forfeiture of your original deposit or pre-payment.

10. Refunds

Refunds are not available for pre-paid treatments if your appointment is cancelled within the 48-hour timeframe or marked as a "no show," and they are non-transferable to other individuals.
However, deposits for cosmetic surgery are considered refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period.

11. Prepaid treatments

Prepaid items are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
